The weapon can be purchased from the Arms Dealer or found at the locations listed below.
- This weapon is commonly dropped by enemy NPCs while taking over Delray Hollow, Pointe Verdun and River Row. Enemies in other districts later in the game will often still use this weapon. The Sinclair Parish Sheriff's Department also uses the Trench 1938 in combat, as does the Southern Union in Sinclair Parish.
