Obtain the ration stamps without raising the alarm.
Walkthrough[]
To get this you must deactivate the alarm prior to opening the safe in Enemy of the State. While in the Office of Price Administration, head down to the basement level, accessible through the west side of the lobby. In a room there you will see a power box on the wall with a flashing red light, where you will be able to disable the safe alarm.
