Background[]
Terry "The Bishop" Daly was a senior member of the Irish Republican Army, specializing in the creation of improvised explosives and car bombs that were used in countless acts of terror. Facing imminent arrest by British authorities and realizing that his IRA comrades couldn't or wouldn't protect him, Daly abandoned Belfast, the only home he'd ever known, and immigrated to America.
He eventually wound up among the Irish American community of Pointe Verdun in New Bordeaux, where he met members of the local Irish Mob. Their leader, Thomas Burke, brought Daly into the gang by offering him a job crafting bombs, but this time to be used against the Mob's enemies and competitors.
Current Operations[]
Daly will provide Lincoln Clay with the IRA Bomber perk if he gives the Irish Mob control over a certain percentage of districts and rackets. When the perk is activated, Daly will temporarily supply Lincoln's Arms Dealer with high-grade handcrafted explosives for purchase. With upgrades, Daly's explosives will be even more powerful, and Lincoln can carry more of them in his personal arsenal.
