Can't upgrade past basic tuning[]
Can anyone explain to me why I can't upgrade this car past basic tuning? After googling, it seems like you may need some DLC or a mod. Is that true? --Tgp1994 02:23, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

Where can I find this car on Joe's Adventures?
- In Joe’s adventure they can be found in the 1940,s portion of the game. If you’re already past that you can replay it by going to the mission marker for Witness - Frozen Memories near the dam. Be advised that going back to the 40’s you will lose any clothing Joe bought in the game but everything else, like money, weapons and cars, will remain.
