Silvio Palmieri was a soldato in the Clemente Crime Family and is mentioned in Frankie Potts' files.
He is born in Villabate on April 22, 1901, later naturalized into the U.S. on June 11, 1944. He is related to Eddie Scarpa because Scarpa's cousin is Silvio's wife.
He was killed in the Clemente Slaughterhouse by some of Clemente's men along with Antonio Paladino.
