This weapon is available as a favor from Thomas Burke during the first district takeover. If not received then, it will become available for sale through the Arms Dealer after the sitdown for that district. It can also be obtained early in two locations in Stones Unturned.
- The weapon can be found at the C.I.A. Safe House during Welcome to the Show by the corpse of a slain C.I.A. agent.
- Multiple Silenced Deacon .22s are among the weapons cache by the boat on the beach when you reach the Unknown Island.
