The Shubert Pickup Hot Rod is a Shubert Pickup with a heavily modified body, custom-sized tires with wire spoke rims, and a more powerful high-performance engine. Atop the engine are three two-barrel carburetors with chrome velocity stacks in a "six-pack" configuration.

- Base Mafia II game: Available in Per Aspera Ad Astra.
- Note: The vehicle may be found driving in South Millville or parked at The Dragstrip bar. It can be sold at Bruski's Scrap & Salvage, modified at Charlie's Service & Repair, and even stored in garages. However, as it's the final chapter of the game, storing it would be of little use.

Mafia II Classic[]
- The car may be available by downloading the Vegas Pack through the Xbox Live Marketplace, the PlayStation Store, and Steam.
- The Greaser pack is also included in the Xbox Platinum Hits Edition, the PS3 Greatest Hits Edition and the Mafia II Directors Cut for PC.
- When installed, the car becomes available once you gain access to your garage in the base Mafia II game and in all DLC's.
Mafia II: Definitive Edition[]
- The Shubert Pickup Hot Rod is included with the Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia: Trilogy. It is unlocked at the end of The Wild Ones of the main game, at which point it will also become available in all Story DLCs. After it's initially unlocked it will be available from the beginning of all subsequent replays of the main game and story DLCs as soon as garages become accessible.

- The vehicle is based on the 1936 Chevrolet ½ Ton Pickup.
- The DLC version of the vehicle can't be sold or removed from the garage.
- The vehicle can be only sold on Brusky's Scrap & Salvage, for 421.00$, but only in Per Aspera ad Astra.
- Both level one (Basic tuning) and level two (Sports tuning) offer no increases in horsepower or speed and no weight reduction as they should. However, level three (Supercharged) offers higher horsepower and top speed as well as a lowered weight.
