Mafia II[]
According to the in game description, they have cheese and ham in them. When consumed they will regenerate Vito's health. Sandwiches can be found at restaurants and in the refrigerators in safehouses. They are also available in some missions, like in The Buzzsaw, where one is lying next to a 1911 Semi on a table in the MG room, and later in Exit the Dragon on a counter in the kitchen.
Mafia III[]
Sandwiches appear in Mafia III, where NPCs be seen with them, and Lincoln Clay mentions getting shrimp Po' boys to John Donovan in Stones Unturned. Chain restaurant Baby Bear B.B.Q. sells their Chubby Cubby BBQ sandwiches for $1.00.
