Riverboat Captain is a minor character in Mafia III.
History[]
He is the captain of the Delphine, a riverboat that operates along the Mississippi River. Among the chaos of the Delphine, he is killed when he's knocked unconscious with a loud "pop" from the boat beginning to capsize and shake violently, and he fatally hits his head on the floor after falling. It is mentioned during the news report in the second cutscene after completing Real Nice Time that there were no survivors of the boat's fiery explosion aside from the killer, which without a single doubt includes the captain.

- He is likely a low level Marcano family associate or soldato, as Uncle Lou seems familiar with the captain, but doesn't seem to take his thoughts and concerns very seriously. He also is marked as an enemy when Lincoln uses his intel vision, and the captain has a Masterson Phoenix revolver next to his seat in the riverboat's cockpit. However, the presence of such a high caliber handgun could also be explained as being for self defense against dangerous wild animals that live in the bayou, such as alligators and Louisiana black bears.
