Oscar is a minor character in the Mafia III DLC Sign of the Times.
History[]
Oscar is a bouncer who works at Nuit Blanche in Downtown and was a friend of Anna McGee, who had previously been taken by Bonnie Harless.
One night, Lincoln arrives, intent on talking to Bonnie about Anna's scarring. Since he doesn't trust Bonnie, Oscar willingly helps Lincoln inside and later assists in his escape out. He can later be hired to work at Sammy's Bar as part of Sammy's Renovation.
