Operator is a perk in Mafia III.
Perk Information[]
The Operator perk is given by Cassandra as Lincoln assigns her rackets and raises her earn. It's operated by her associate Jennifer Moran, who works for the phone company and can cut area phone lines for a short period of time, preventing enemies from calling reinforcements and civilians from calling police when they witness Lincoln committing a crime. The service must be paid for by using either a marker or with cash if no markers are available. The cost of this service increases as each level is unlocked.

Levels[]
The first level kills phone lines for two minutes.
- This will be given when Cassandra's earn is raised to $100,000.
- The cost at this level is $1000.
The second level shuts down phone lines for five minutes.
- This will be given when Cassandra's earn is raised to $270,000.
- The cost at this level is $3000.
The third level kills phone lines for seven minutes and calls in your backup.
- This will be given when Cassandra's earn is raised to $420,000.
- The cost at this level is $5000.
