Joe is a minor character in Mafia III.
History[]
He is one of Tony Derazio's men and the owner of a shop in Downtown.
In 1968, after Lincoln Clay took Tony's rackets down and killed/recruited most of his enforcers and associates, the conditions of Joe's shop worsened due to his men being killed by Lincoln. Disappointed, Tony went personally to his shop to deal with Joe, who was trying to round up some money to pay Tony, being overseen by Dominick. Tony then lectured Joe for letting his shop fall in such a state of despair, and then Joe asked Tony if he knew how many men of his men Lincoln killed, trying to justify his failures.
Tony replied "yes", before pulling out a pistol and fatally shooting Joe in the forehead.
