Joe is a minor character in Mafia.
History[]
Joe is a soldato of the Morello Crime Family.
In 1935, Don Morello sanctioned a hit on Don Salieri at Pepe's Restaurant and ordered Joe to orchestrate the assassination. Joe and the rest of Morello's gangsters drive to the restaurant and proccede to shoot at the building, killing two civilians. Salieri tells Tommy Angelo to hit them from the back while he draws their fire. Afterwards, Tommy shoots and kills Joe, and then he and Salieri drive to Little Italy to kill Carlo.
