Jesse is a minor character in Mafia III.
History[]
Jesse is a member of the Dixie Mafia and works for Ritchie Doucet but is very cowardly and supposedly doesn't even carry a gun.
He was snatched by Cassandra's men while taking a walk in Delray Hollow. During his interrogation he reveals that Lincoln Clay's attacks on the Dixie Mafia's rackets have caused a falling out between Ritchie and Giorgi Marcano, and that Ritchie salvaged whatever heroin he could in an attempt to lay low.[1] Jesse then reveals that Ritchie went into hiding at Baron Saturday's Fun Park on the outskirts of the Hollow, and likely mustered all his men there expecting Giorgi to take revenge. Lincoln then takes his combat knife and severs the ropes used to restrain Jesse, allowing him to go free. When Cassandra protests, saying that Jesse might warn Ritchie, Lincoln replies that he's no threat to anyone and that they should just "let him run on home to his mama."

- Jesse (or at least someone who looks like him) appears in a trailer, where Cassandra has her men hold him in a chair over a swamp with an alligator approaching the dock. After looking at him, she signals her men to drop him into the swamp so the alligator will eat him alive.
