It is a house located in Oakwood, Lost Heaven. It appears in Free Ride Extreme as a safehouse, where the player can enter the single living room. It is also possible to keep vehicles collected throughout Free Ride Extreme in backyard, which is enterable via the garage. The player is able to save the game and refill their health here, free of charge. It is also possible to store weapons here by dropping them.
