Frank is a minor character in Mafia II.
History[]
Frank is the assistant chief of Hartmann Federal Penitentiary.
He is seen in the opening cutscene of Time Well Spent telling the prisoners to follow him single file into the prison. He also tells Vito Scaletta that his sister is there to see him. Finally, he instructs Vito Scaletta to clean the urinals. Afterwards, he goes to "smoke a cigarette" and leaves the Shower Rapist and his companions to rape Vito, who beats them up.

- Frank can be distinguished from other prison guards due to the brown colors on the collar of his blue shirt.
