Enzo Conti is a minor character in Mafia III.
History[]
Enzo, a former lieutenant in the Carillo Crime Family who had been running Barclay Mills for decades, having gotten his start through an extortion racket at Barclay Railways, sided with Sal Marcano in taking over New Bordeaux's organized crime. He later befriended Sammy Robinson, even introducing Sammy to his wife-to-be Perla Robinson.

Enzo was born and raised in Southdowns, he gets his start running a small stick-up crew during Prohibition. They go after Giuseppe Carillo's bootleggers -- who are smuggling rum into New Bordeaux via the bayou -- and before too long Giuseppe catches up to Enzo, then offers Enzo a choice: work for the family or wind up in a shallow grave. Enzo takes the deal, and works for Carillo family.
In the summer of 1934, when Sal and his brothers decide to bring down the Carillo crime family, Enzo throws in with the Marcanos. For his help, Enzo gets control of Barclay Mills -- railyards and waste disposal may not look glamorous, but to Enzo it's a gold mine. In the years since, Enzo remains a steady presence in Barclay, a loyal soldier and cog in Sal's empire.[1]
Fate[]
Sammy's death at the hands of the Marcanos causes him to doubt Sal's trust in him, and when Lincoln Clay starts tearing down the Marcano crime family Enzo reluctantly makes a deal with Lincoln to escape.
Enzo asks Lincoln to meet him at the quarry in Barclay Mills, where the two work out a deal for Enzo to go into hiding. The two then escape the quarry in Enzo's Bulworth Mohican, killing and evading Marcano's henchmen, many of whom were once Enzo's underlings, and demolishing the quarry at Enzo's behest to prevent his dynamite from falling into Marcano's hands. Lincoln drops Enzo off at the Carousel Hotel in Delray Hollow, where Enzo apologizes for the death of Sammy.

- He is marked in the Kill List as "escaped" rather than "deceased", making him the only lieutenant to be spared.
- Despite John Donovan telling Lincoln in a cutscene that Enzo is 61 years old, the Kill List states that he is 58 years old.
