- The Exterminatore is a custom version of this weapon, available free of charge with the Judge, Jury & Executioner Weapons Pack.
- Remy Duvall uses this weapon in combat.
- The Elmwood 1925 is the most powerful shotgun in the game by damage percentage.
- Contrary to the weapon's description, it is not a straight upgrade from the lupara. It has a greater ammo capacity and higher damage, but a much slower firing rate than the lupara. This can leave Lincoln open to attack in between rounds of fire.
