Detective Norman is a main character in Mafia: Definitive Edition.
History[]
Detective Norman works for the Lost Heaven Police Department. He came to Lost Heaven in 1935 from Empire Bay, where he cut his teeth working in the Empire Bay Police Department. Once in Lost Heaven, his first assignment was the murder of Don Morello, which he was never able to solve.
In 1938, he comes to Black Cat Bar to meet Tommy Angelo, once a trusted member of the Salieri Crime Family now on the run. He listens as Angelo recounts his role in the deaths of several men, including Don Morello.
