The Culver River is a location in Mafia II.
History[]
The Culver River is a large flowing watercourse running through Empire Bay, separating the city into two parts. Starting in the northeast, it first flows west, then turns south until emptying into an unnamed ocean between Sand Island and Southport.
There are five ways to cross the river, starting in the south there's the Southport Tunnel, the Grand Upper Bridge, the Kingston-Uptown Tunnel, the Highbrook Bridge, the Riverside Bridge, and in Joe's Adventures, you can cross the river on the Culver Dam.
Influence[]
The Culver River is based on the East River, which separates Manhattan and Long Island.

- The only way to enter the water is by driving a vehicle into it, at which point you will respawn nearby standing on the shoreline.
