The Colt Detective Special is used as a concealed weapon by plainclothes police detectives and gangsters alike.
Availability[]
It makes its first appearance as the assassination weapon in the game mission Happy Birthday! It seems that in later levels it has became Tommy's weapon of choice replacing the Colt 1911. It is easier to conceal, but it is a relatively weak weapon which makes it hard for the player to kill his opponents at far to medium range.
