History[]
He is a gate guard at the Lost Heaven Racing Circuit who happens to cover the nightshift during which part of the mission Fairplay takes place, and is a friend of Ralph. He is bribed by the Salieri Crime Family so they can conduct unlawful business in relation to the 1932 Lost Heaven Grand Prix.
