Biff is a character in Mafia: Definitive Edition.
History[]
Biff is the owner of Biff's Pawn Shop in Chinatown. A professional fence, he sells stolen goods on behalf of numerous criminals in Lost Heaven, including Paulie Lombardo. According to Paulie, Biff moved to Chinatown after getting "yellow fever" from watching stolen Chinese porn films and subsequently married a Chinese woman, even though he doesn't seem to speak her language.
He first meets Tommy Angelo when he and Paulie visit Biff for information on a gang of hoodlums who attacked Sarah Marino. As Biff often hears things from his various clients, he reveals that the gang is holed up in an old service station just behind his shop. As the two men leave, he also asks Paulie when he'll get the money he was promised. Paulie explains that he and Biff got their hands on a collection of fine Mexican suits from a tailor's warehouse, but Paulie has yet to sell them.
In another mission, Tommy goes to see him during a manhunt for Frank Colletti, who has betrayed the Salieri family and stolen their account books. Biff alerts Tommy that the FBI is in town and that Don Morello is helping them with some sort of deal. He also points Tommy to another informant, Little Tony, who got one of his customers drunk and learned additional information about Frank's whereabouts.
