An Antagonist, simply put, is an adversary of the hero or protagonist in the game. A game may have several antagonists, some major and some minor, and they may change as the game progresses or the protagonist changes alliances.

Don Morello[]

Don Morello is the head of the Morello Crime Family and Salieri's main adversary. Where Salieri punishes treachery, Morello indiscriminately shows his might. Because of this he has a big influence in the city, which he is trying to extend into Salieri family territory. He is greatly helped by his brother Sergio. However, he ultimately destroys everything he's involved in through his overly brutal behavior.
Sergio Morello[]

Sergio Morello is Don Morello's brother and the Underboss of the Morello family. He has connections to the unions in Lost Heaven and is known for his uncanny ability to evade death, making him practically untouchable.
Don Salieri[]

Don Salieri is the head of the Salieri Crime Family and former boss of protagonist Thomas Angelo; he is an old type mafioso who heads his family in Little Italy. However, he tends to choose business over friendship, even if it means killing the people he has known for years.
Sam Trapani[]

Sam Trapani is a capo working for the Salieri family who brought protagonist Thomas Angelo into their family and worked with him and Paulie Lombardo. He is a nice guy, but he would put his loyalty to the family above his friends, even if it means killing them.
Luca Gurino[]

Luca Gurino is a capo in the Clemente Crime Family, a position to which he rose after entombing his predecessor in the foundation of the Culver Dam. A known sociopath, he attends to some of the family's more grim tasks at the Clemente slaughterhouse, where his ruthless nature drove him up the ranks.
Brian O'Neill[]

Brian O'Neill is the leader of the O'Neill Gang that rules Dipton and Kingston areas of Empire Bay. He runs his ragtag gang of flunkeys in rash and violent smash-and-grabs, burglaries, muggings, and hold-ups around the city where his brute force and limited intellect can earn him the cash for a night out and the company of the city's many prostitutes.
Mickey Desmond[]

Mickey Desmond became the boss of the O'Neill Gang after the death of his cousin Brian O'Neill in Hartmann Federal Penitentiary. He is desperate to prove he's the rightful new leader of the gang by killing Vito Scaletta, the man who killed his cousin.
Alberto Clemente[]

Alberto Clemente is the head of the Clemente family. He was approved by The Commission to start his own family in 1929. Though powerful, Clemente's gang is still seen as second-rate by the other families, this is mostly due to Clemente's crooked business practices, even by mob standards. He rules his family with an iron fist, striking fear into everyone, including his own men.
Carlo Falcone[]

Carlo Falcone is the head of the Falcone Crime Family. Carlo secretly conspired with Frank Vinci to assassinate Tomaso Moretti in 1933, bringing the Vinci-Moretti War to an end and taking control of the Moretti family himself. An apt strategist and modernizer, Carlo has no time for Sicilian mafia traditions. He recognizes that the mob got rich through Prohibition, and that they need a similar revenue stream to stay at peace.
Eddie Fu[]

Eddie Fu is the leader of the Empire Bay Triads and one of two antagonists of The Betrayal of Jimmy. Though he's based in Chinatown, he has connections and business dealings all over Empire Bay. His brother in-law is a customs officer at the Port, which is how they smuggle goods from their homeland in China into the city.
Elroy Tussle[]

Elroy Tussle is the leader of the Bombers and one of two antagonists of The Betrayal of Jimmy. Elroy often tries to interfere with Sal Gravina's operations in an effort to bolster his own gang's standing; however, these efforts are usually in vain as Gravina retaliates by taking down all of his fronts and rackets one by one.
Sal Gravina[]

Sal Gravina is the notorious leader of the Gravina Crime Family and one of secondary antagonists of Jimmy's Vendetta. A former employer of Jimmy, he conspired with Tam Brodie and Judge Hillwood to send him to prison for 15 years.
Tam Brodie[]

Tam Brodie is the leader of the Brodie Gang and one of secondary antagonists of Jimmy's Vendetta. Tam was also involved in the conspiricy with Sal Gravina and Judge Hillwood with setting Jimmy up and sending him to prison.
Judge Hillwood[]

Judge Hillwood is a crooked judge and the main antagonist of Jimmy's Vendetta. When Jimmy was arrested, Hillwood was the judge who presided over Jimmy's trial, sentencing him to fifteen years imprisonment. He is apparently very powerful and has a lot of influence over Empire Bay's criminal underworld, including Tam Brodie and his gang, as well as Sal Gravina and the Gravina Crime Family.
Rocco[]

Rocco is the Underboss of the Falcone Crime Family and the main antagonist of the Mafia II DLC Joe's Adventures. His plan to kill Carlo Falcone and take over his crime family is foiled when newcomer Joe Barbaro begins working for the family.
Sal Marcano[]

Sal Marcano Sal Marcano is the head of the Marcano Crime Family and the main antagonist of Mafia III. He betrays Lincoln Clay and the Black Mob and is responsible for the deaths of Sammy and Ellis Robinson, Danny Burke, and leaving Lincoln for dead after they rob over six million dollars from the Federal Reserve in New Bordeaux.
Giorgi Marcano[]

Giorgi Marcano is the son of Sal Marcano and Underboss of the Marcano crime family. Once a good friend with Lincoln Clay, he betrays him after the two robbed the Federal Reserve by shooting him in the head and leaving him for dead.
Walter Beaumont[]

Walter Beaumont is the sheriff of Sinclair Parish and the main antagonist of the Mafia III DLC Faster, Baby!. An extreme racist, his main goal is to keep Sinclair Parish an all white community. When he learns that a group are gathering evidence against him, he kills one of their members, steals the evidence, and goes after their witnesses. Charles Laveau enlists the help of Lincoln Clay to put an end to Beaumont's reign and bring him to justice.
Connor Aldridge[]

Connor Aldridge is an old rival of John Donovan and the main antagonist of Stones Unturned. A former C.I.A. agent, he turned against the United States while working as a covert operative in Vietnam. He's now determined to recover a lost nuclear warhead and sell it to the highest bidder, no matter what the outcome may be.
Bonnie Harless[]

Bonnie Harless is the leader of The Ensanglante, a religious cult that worships an entity named Pere Sanglant, and the main antagonist of Sign of the Times. She will stop at nothing to make the prophesy of Braxton Harless come true. Between sacrificing victims and killing whoever gets in their way, Bonnie and her cult are a force to be reckoned with.
